Botox

Two things have helped me most with my migraines: Topamax, and Botox. Now my insurance company, after paying for 7 rounds of Botox, has suddenly decided it's a non-covered treatment, and cosmetic, so I'm back to having very frequent migraines that are very severe. While I had the treatments, though, they really helped.

If there was one thing I learned while suffering from migraines, it was that I could separate spiritual beliefs from physical benefits of a treatment.
